Different kitchen equipments released impurities and excess heat in different amounts. When air flow rates are determined, kitchen equipment factor Ke takes care of this. Load factor , S , is determined by the operation hours and operation level of the kitchen equipment.
If the equipment is fully powered all the time, load factor is (1,0).

Supply air flow is 80-90 % from total exit air flow.
